*ALL COLOUR APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION AND PATCH TEST PRIOR. IF YOU BOOK A COLOUR SERVICE ONLINE, YOU WILL NEED TO CONFIRM WITH A STYLIST THIS IS CORRECT DURING A CONSULTATION OR THE SERVICES MAY NOT GO AHEAD.

For each booking in our system we require you to have a credit card on file secured with a reservation fee/deposit.
This is 100% confidential and secure
Once your booking has been made, You can cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of your visit.
However, any rearrangements after this time will result in a charge.
